Alright! First I'd like to thank everyone who got their assignment in on time! You are the reason that I decided to do this. I hope everyone who has received a gift is happy with it! We got a lot of lovely work and I'm very happy about that! I hope you guys all had a good Christmas and have a happy new year!

Now on to a sadder note. There were several people who did not turn in an assignment. If you did turn one in and are on the following list please send me a note! I'm certainly not perfect and could have easily made a mistake with all the notes and emails I've sorted through. The following please contact me NOW as to why you have not turned in an assignment. Please tell me if you plan on turning one in late, if not I will not hesitate to blacklist you and ban you.









YOU MUST CONTACT ME TODAY WITH YOUR REASONS AND IF YOU PLAN TO TURN IN A GIFT AS I HAVE TO START MAKING BACK-UPS RIGHT AWAY OR I WILL AUTOMATICALLY BLACKLIST YOU.

As you can see there are several people on the list and I won't possibly be able to make gifts for everyone who didn't get one so I would now also like to ask those who signed up to be a back-up gifter and would still like to be one to send me a note, with the subject being "Back-up Gifter" If you did not sign up to be one, but would like to help out then please send a note as well.

If you did not receive a gift, I am very sorry but please be patient I will do my best to get you one!

I had a lot of writers request a drawing, but not many artists wanting fanfiction so priority will be going to artists, but I think I can manage it so that the majority is happy with what they get.

As for the specifics of exactly how this will be happening first DO NOT POST IT ANYWHERE. I cannot stress this enough it is VERY IMPORTANT. Afterall you wouldn't want to ruin the surprise right?

Please upload your drawing to an image hosting website such as PHOTOBUCKET or if you would prefer TINYPIC and send the DIRECT link to me in a note titled "Secret Santa Gift". If you are writing then please make sure it is in .DOC format only which is basically what is the default in word. Then e-mail it to me as an attachment to edwardcullen_owns_mysoul@yahoo.com with the subject also being "Secret Santa Gift". If you do not know how to do either of these two methods please note me when you are ready to send it to me.

ALL ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE DUE BY DECEMBER 23rd. If you do not complete your assignment you will be be blacklisted. However I will understand if you have something significant such as a death in the family because obviously that would be more important. This will only be in rare cases and a case by case scenario, and hopefully we won't have to deal with that. If for some reason you cannot finish your assignment by the 23rd but will be able to have it done a day or two late, then send a note to the club or my other account . First I hope you would all know what a secret santa is but for those who don’t it is basically a gift exchange where one person makes you a gift and you in return make someone else a gift. This is a themed secret santa meaning that all gifts made and received MUST in some way be related to twilight. There are many clubs here on dA if you wish to do something else. I just wanted to make one of twilight because now there are so many twilight fans on dA as opposed to last year when there wasn’t that many.

Rules:

If you sign up you must complete a drawing or a fanfiction for someone in order to receive your gift.

Fanfiction- Must be a one-shot unless you are willing to write a chaptered fic, which I don’t think you would be as that would be a hassle and in which case it must be FINISHED when you send it to me. Must be at LEAST 2 pages long unless they request multiple drabbles in which case it’s alright. Make sure that it is finished, spell-checked and in .DOC format by the time you submit it. It would also make my job a lot easier if you could get a beta to look it over.

Fanart- Have it in the best quality that you can make it to be. Traditional/Digital media only please. However whichever you choose it must be colored in some way.
- If what you have made/requested for has Mature Content, please indicate/place a warning beforehand.

Once you join list the club's icon somewhere in your journal so more people can join!

Also I ask that you have at least 2 deviations in your gallery just so I am aware that you are active here.



DO NOT POST/UPLOAD YOUR FANART/FANFICTION ANYWHERE UNTIL THE DATE OF THE REVEALING.
After the revealing, go ahead and post it wherever you'd like to post it.

EDIT: PLEASE EVERYONE READ EVERYTHING ON THIS PAGE BEFORE ASKING A QUESTION. It will not take too long and it will save a lot of questions. To everyone who has done this right, I thank-you beyond words. It means a lot to me. PLEASE WHEN SENDING IN YOUR GIFTS CLEARLY STATE WHO IT IS FOR AND IF YOU ARE SENDING AN EMAIL PLEASE SAY YOUR USERNAME AS WELL. Other news something unexpected has come up with me and I don't know how much access I will have to a computer this was unexpected, but please rest assured that if I cannot continue properly I will hand over the duties to one of my friends who agreed to help me. I hope it doesn't come to that, cause I'd like to see everyone's reactions, but it's more important to me to have everything go smoothly for you guys.

Also I am not replying to everyone who sends in their gift because everyone is sending it in right now and I'm trying to mark everyone off and move everyone into the right place and see who hasn't turned in something or people who are having issues so at this moment I cannot tell you if I got yours, however I will make a list in a couple of days of people who have not turned in their assignment. Please bear with me, it's a little crazy right now.

Hi guys! I hope your holidays are going great! Merry Christmas to you all! Also it is now time to send in your gifts to me! They are due today! Please follow the instructions below!

This is a themed secret santa meaning that all gifts made and received MUST in some way be related to twilight. There are many clubs here on dA if you wish to do something else. I just wanted to make one of twilight because now there are so many twilight fans on dA as opposed to last year when there wasn’t that many.

If you sign up you must complete a drawing or a fanfiction for someone in order to receive your gift.

Fanfiction- Must be a one-shot unless you are willing to write a chaptered fic, which I don’t think you would be as that would be a hassle and in which case it must be FINISHED when you send it to me. Must be at LEAST 2 pages long unless they request multiple drabbles in which case it’s alright. Make sure that it is finished, spell-checked and in .DOC format by the time you submit it. It would also make my job a lot easier if you could get a beta to look it over.

Fanart- Have it in the best quality that you can make it to be. Traditional/Digital media only please. However whichever you choose it must be colored in some way.
- If what you have made/requested for has Mature Content, please indicate/place a warning beforehand.

Once you join list the club's icon somewhere in your journal so more people can join!

Also I ask that you have at least 2 deviations in your gallery just so I am aware that you are active here.

This is majorly late and I apologize for that(great idea for me to do this during finals ) but just a reminder and a note. First you only have 8 more days till your pictures/writings are due!! Please use this time wisely! Also I have extended the due date to the 23rd due to the late start. So please get working on those gifts or put your finishing touches! Alright sign ups are closed and I'm sorry if you did not make it in time, but I did all I could. Anyone who is not listed in the members section is not a member. I have grouped you all into sections and am pairing you off as I type. I will be doing this today and tomorrow and that is when you should get your assignment! I will do my best to give you something that you are comfortable with but I must ask that you remain flexible. Also I had a lot of writers request a drawing, but not many artists wanting fanfiction so priority will be going to artists, but I think I can manage it so that the majority is happy with what they get.

As for the specifics of exactly how this will be happening here you go after you receive your assignment you will do either a drawing or a fanfic whichever is desired by the other person. After you are finished DO NOT POST IT ANYWHERE. I cannot stress this enough it is VERY IMPORTANT. Afterall you wouldn't want to ruin the surprise right?

You must send in your assignment on December 22nd to me. If you cannot send it this day but can earlier then please note me prior to this date. Please do not send them in advance though only if you will not be able to send it on the 22nd should you use this method. Please upload your drawing to an image hosting website such as PHOTOBUCKET or if you would prefer TINYPIC and send the DIRECT link to me in a note titled "Secret Santa Gift". If you are writing then please make sure it is in .DOC format only which is basically what is the default in word. Then e-mail it to me as an attachment to edwardcullen_owns_mysoul@yahoo.com with the subject also being "Secret Santa Gift". If you do not know how to do either of these two methods please note me when you are ready to send it to me.

ALL ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE DUE BY DECEMBER 22nd. If you do not complete your assignment you will be be blacklisted. However I will understand if you have something significant such as a death in the family because obviously that would be more important. This will only be in rare cases and a case by case scenario, and hopefully we won't have to deal with that. If for some reason you cannot finish your assignment by the 22nd but will be able to have it done a day or two late, then send a note to the club or my other account 5 days before the deadline. I do not want you to use this as a safety net and put off your assignment either so please only if there is no other way do this.

Once I receive the gifts I will post them to the club and reveal the secret santas! You are then free to post your work wherever you wish.

I would also like to take this time to ask if any of you would like to be back-up gifters. This entails that if someone cannot finish their assignment that you can fill in and do it. I would really appreciate having some volunteers and hopefully not having to use any. I will be a back up gifter myself but there is only so much that one person can do, especially since this is not my only secret santa and I am already a back up gifter in another one. Of course priority goes to you guys!

First I hope you would all know what a secret santa is but for those who don’t it is basically a gift exchange where one person makes you a gift and you in return make someone else a gift. This is a themed secret santa meaning that all gifts made and received MUST in some way be related to twilight. There are many clubs here on dA if you wish to do something else. I just wanted to make one of twilight because now there are so many twilight fans on dA as opposed to last year when there wasn’t that many.

Rules:

If you sign up you must complete a drawing or a fanfiction for someone in order to receive your gift.

Fanfiction- Must be a one-shot unless you are willing to write a chaptered fic, which I don’t think you would be as that would be a hassle and in which case it must be FINISHED when you send it to me. Must be at LEAST 2 pages long unless they request multiple drabbles in which case it’s alright. Make sure that it is finished, spell-checked and in .DOC format by the time you submit it. It would also make my job a lot easier if you could get a beta to look it over.

Fanart- Have it in the best quality that you can make it to be. Traditional/Digital media only please. However whichever you choose it must be colored in some way.
- If what you have made/requested for has Mature Content, please indicate/place a warning beforehand.

Once you join list the club's icon somewhere in your journal so more people can join!

Also I ask that you have at least 2 deviations in your gallery just so I am aware that you are active here.



DO NOT POST/UPLOAD YOUR FANART/FANFICTION ANYWHERE UNTIL THE DATE OF THE REVEALING.
After the revealing, go ahead and post it wherever you'd like to post it.

Things I'd like: Please fill this with as much detail as you can. Do you want a specific Edward/Bella moment drawing? Please list many things you would like so your gifter has many options. List the pairings you would like to receive and those you would not like. Also to make things easier list a fanfiction and fanart prompt, but specify which one you would like to receive more. You can also just say you just want an Edward/Bella drawing but please be aware that means that someone has total liberty to do with that what they wish.

What I can do: Which one can you do write or draw? Or can you do both, please list them here.

What I absolutely CAN'T do: Hate Breaking Dawn with a passion? Refuse to write Jacob/Renestard fanfic? Or frankly can’t write to save your life? List your limitations here.

ASSIGNMENTS:
